- Build market position by locating, developing, and defining and closing business relationship.

- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.

- Track individual contributions and their accomplishments.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials.

- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.

- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

- Estimates partner's needs and goals.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements,developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Develop, design and engineer solutions for sales opportunities while supporting the sales and projects staff

- Work with vendors for best solutions, complete all negotiating work to meet customer and company quality guidelines

- Ability to travel within the branch or regional territory as per customer needs

- The ability to manage multiple projects, designs, estimates with a high level of organizational skills
