Manager - Sales/Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- Prospect and generate leads for potential clients.
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients to determine suitable coverage.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and underwriting requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure policy renewals and provide ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC upto 4 LPA
