Manager - Sales/Business Development - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- We have an exciting job opportunity for the role of Business Development Manager in Bhubaneshwar.
Position : Business Development Manager
Department : Agency Channel
Experience : Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field
CTC : Up to 5.0 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling FCs to use the latest digital platforms
