Position: - Manager - Sales & Business Development
Location: - PUNJAB
- Adherence to the Beat Plan
- Selling more lines of Private label
- Identify high margin items and drive sales of those
- Deliver the planned numbers for all the segments.
- Taping the potential of secondary markets within 100 Km from the Club
- Plan and activate Payment solutions to covered members
- Look out for opportunity to get the new HoReCa & O & I members.
- Convert Non Buying Members into buying members
- Make sure 100% of the Beat Members are buying every month from us
- Drive to increase Lines per bill and bills per day.
- Coaching and guiding the BDA to deliver more no of lines.
- Identify the items to be focussed
- OJT with all the three segments heads and BDA.
- Cross functional coordination with Operations and Merchandising to ensure delighted member service
- Establish sound relations with HO Merchandising and Market for continuous improvement in assortment
- Collaborate and act as an interface for the CLUB between HO & Market
- Handling the Top account of O & I and HoReCa.
- Make sure that we deliver the goods as per the timelines
- Cross functional coordination with Operations and Floor for smooth logistics operations
- Have structured reviews to drive the key measures
- Able to coach the team and should take technology in a positive manner
- Plan Segment Specific initiatives and category Specific drives to deliver Segment sales.
- To Hire and impart training to a team of BDAs - Order Fulfilment and FAs - Cash Collection & 3PL associates.
- Handling Key accounts, O & I, HoReCa, Resellers and General Trade
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate with MBA
