Hi Urgently looking for Sales Manager for Bulk Liquid Sales for Petrochemical products like..Engine oil,Gear oil,industrial grease,Transformer oil, white oil,Automotive lubricants etc

This requirement is for one reputed Petrochemical company Located at Mumbai & Braches in Gujarat & other location..

Designation - Sr. Manager - Sales (Bulk Liquids products)

Experience 8 - 10 years, B2B, Bulk Liquids Sales (Engine oil,Gear oil,industrial grease)

Industries -Oils & Lubricants Sector

Graduate, MBA with 8+ years

Must have exp in bulk liquid sales and not from lubricant & minimum sale of 150 kl per month

Compensation Range Rs. 6 LPA to 8 Lacs per annum + Sales Incentives

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify and attract new customers (Including Distributors), pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.

- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data and apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.

- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.

- Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.

- Consistently and continuously exhibit safe behavior at driving, project sites, offices and for self and others

- Strategic Planning:

- Sales planning and controlling and prioritizing production in conjunction with plant.

- In charge of customer inspections, approvals with various bodies.

- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the mist viable product range and cultivating relations with them for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

- Providing service to clients, entailing provision of fastest solutions to customer concerns so as to enhance their satisfaction levels.
