Manager - Sales - Bulk Import Business (4-5 yrs)
Reporting to CEO
CTC -5-6 lakh plus Variable
We are seeking a qualified sales and marketing person to help keep our revenue engine running through their skills and leadership. We- re seeking a candidate with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Management Graduate Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B selling of products.
- Minimum Skills required - B2B Sales Experience in imported agro products or herbs.
- Possess network of agents/brokers/mandi/buyers across India to effect sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Proficiency in English plus Local Language.
- Should have Competency and skills required for Sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
