RESPONSIBILITIES:
1] To do market research, identify prospects, generate leads and maintain database.
2] Selling, Cold calling, follow ups and coordination.
3] To target Architect base and HN1
4] To Visit Architect office to give presentation, Specifications, Develop rapport and build relationship and do sales.
5] Project Sales
6] Target the untapped segment and explore/build new markets.
7] Conduct team meetings and periodical reviews
8] Ready to travel
9] Meet the targets and deadlines.
10]Other tasks as directed
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- M.B.A. in Marketing from a recognized university. is preferred
Skills:
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Smart, Presentable with Strong communication skills.
- Well Organised, Managed a team, and able to meet deadlines.
- Takes Initiatives.
