Education :
Graduation degree mandatory
Experience :
- 3 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Sales Executive mandatory
- 3+ years- experience along with field work
- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure preferred
Age : 18 - 40 yrs

Job Description :
- Will be responsible for making total Sales/ Marketing strategies & Sales enhancement
- Should capable to handle Team of Marketing Executives with their daily Sales report
- Identifying Performing/ under performing members of the sales team & to take corrective actions.
- Calling, Meeting & generating new customers Lead
- Working with sales executives on approaches to building business.
- Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.
- Ensuring the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
- Provide all proper sales report of executives & daily reporting to Managing Director
