Manager - Sales - Builder Segment - Home Finance (4-10 yrs)

Reports to National Head - SPD (Strategic Partnership Department) at Chennai
General Duties/Tasks
- The Manager meets builders & sources leads - home buyers lists - from them to be targeted for Home Loan products.
- Conducts various activities and events along with Builders to generate leads
- Coordinate with Branches to close the leads generated through Builders.
- It is an individual contributor role - i.e there are no team members
- Manager responsible for achieving Business, Profitability, while upholding the Values of the Company and the group.
- The prospective candidate must also have proven track record with extensive sales experience in the Home Loan & retail mortgage industry, superior communication skills and ability to report back to Senior Management in a detail-oriented manner

- Ability to supervise workflow with focus on quality results
- Ability to work independently
Experience
- Should have 4-10 years experience in HOME LOANS & Mortgage sales
