Manager - Sales - Branch Banking (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team within the Banca Channel, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure training materials are current and aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess the training needs of the sales team and develop customized programs to address specific skill gaps.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to meet performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Knowledge of banking products and industry regulations.
