Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales initiatives within the life insurance segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance sales, along with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence within the BFSI sector, specifically focusing on life insurance products.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to effectively meet sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
