- 1 year of sales experience in life insurance.
- 2 years of cross-selling of banking products like Mutual Funds/Home loans/ Direct sales.
- 5 years of life insurance advisor experience.
- Training new agents.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Candidates Requirements :
Qualification : Graduation
Age : Below 35 years
CTC up to 3.8 LPA + Incentive + Bonus and other benefits.
