- Generating business through agents and advisors.
- Developing a new sales market strategy.
- Maintaining healthy relationships with agents and customers.
- Managing organizational sales through the creation of a business plan that addresses controls over sales, revenue, and expenses.
- Reaching anticipated sales targets.
- Establishing personal sales goals with the sales team.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
- Monitoring the performance and activities of the sales team.
- Coordinating lead generation efforts with marketing.
- Constantly educating your salespeople.
- Building up your sales team through encouragement, guidance, and product knowledge instruction.
