Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for business growth.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance agents' skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and manage individual and team performance.
- Build strong relationships with agents, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain service standards.
- Generate and analyze sales reports for performance tracking.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
