Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions & Duties :
- Gather an insurance agent team and train them.
- Assist agents in improving their performance by giving them continual coaching, direction, and support.
- Define performance expectations for the team's sales targets.
- Create and put into prectise successful sales approaches and strategies.
- Track sales performance, analyze it, and, if necessary, make adjustments.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Age 21 to 38 years
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
