- Manage and develop team of front-line sales employees.
- Recruiting and Managing team of advisors.
- Manage complete life cycle of agents .
- Creating agency distribution for the company.
- Work along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resources across territories in the State.
- Recruit Business advisors.
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings.
- Joint field work along with advisors.
- Motivate advisors for various contest and sales.
- Work on opportunity of cross sell and upsell.
