Sales Manager for India's Leading Insurance Company
Role & responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Set sales targets and monitor progress towards goals.
- Take proactive measures to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
