- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on findings when required.
- Directly supervising the sales team's operations and output.
- Assisting in lead generation in coordination with marketing.
- A consistent training programme for your sales staff.
- Enhancing the skills of your sales force by guidance, education, and inspiration.
- Spreading awareness of the company and its offerings.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
