Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales executives and ensuring that the team achieves the company's sales targets and revenue goals. The Sales Manager is also responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Role and Responsibilities :
- To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
- Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and lesioning for activity management.
- Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
- Activity Planning, Execution and overall management
