- Our sales department is looking forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a sales Manager. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To achieve the business objectives of the sales unit, the incumbent will develop and implement a sales plan for the partner.


- Lead, inspire, and instruct your companion.

- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.

- Analysing performance and drawing up action plans.

- After the successful completion of training, you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, training, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.

- You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets.

Required Candidate profile :

- Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)

- Must be Graduate

- Must be local candidates

- Age between 21 to 38 years.
