Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Duties and Accountability :
- To find and train personal financial advisors who will bring in new clients and maintain existing ones.
- To assure agent licensing, develop one's own team, and boost both new and seasoned agents' productivity.
- To promote sales for the PFA in order to increase performance.
- To instruct and guide PFAs in offering consumers need-based solutions.
- Using both new and seasoned agents, deliver new business and renewal business.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
