Sales Manager
- We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and play a vital role in driving new business growth
Featured Responsibility :
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers for our insurance products
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipeline
- Ensure compliance with business sales policies and procedures
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure your agency network remains competitive
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
Required skills :
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Adept at relationship building and negotiation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Candidate Specifications :
- Education Bachelor's degree
Age : 22 to 38
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
- You need to have a driver's license and a bike
