Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue and achieving company goals.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set realistic and challenging sales targets for the field sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree is Mandatory
- Age Minimum 21 to Maximum 40
- Minimum 2 Years experience in field Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
