Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Create a relationship with the channel partners and use them to promote sales.
- Making phone pitches to potential leads and agents regarding the undertakings, and offering all data and answering any questions to move those leads toward a planned site visit.
- Assist channel partners and their clients in making the best choices for their needs and provide an explanation of the various projects based on those needs.
- Help and oversee Channel Partners with project marketing, lead generation, data administration, client acquisition, handling client complaints, and reporting problems that result in successful conversion.
- Increase Sales from Lead Generation (Cold Calling, Referral Leads, Lead Cleaning) through Site Visit and Closure
- Reach the quarterly sales target set by the company.
- Find new agents and cultivate relationships with them to increase sales
- Foster relationships with current agents to produce referral sales.
