Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Motivate and support agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the designated insurance industry.
Requirement :
- Graduate degree in any stream
- 2 to 4 years of sales and marketing experience, with a minimum of one year of stability
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients
- Age : 23-39 year
- Ability to build rapport
