Roles and responsibilities :
Typical tasks consist of :
- Establishing standards, performance plans, and goals for sales representatives to achieve.
- Schedule regular meetings with your team to discuss progress towards goals and overall performance.
- Provide sales representatives coaching to assist them become more proficient and productive.
- Ensure that your team is proficient in the correct application of the various sales strategies.
