- To lead, challenge and be challenged in a marketing strategy or business development through strategic alliances. Creating a process-oriented ecosystem. Analyse and improve marketing, sales & operational performance. Develop products, markets and relationships.

Responsibilities :

- Recruitment and development of quality advisors

- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors

- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors

- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.

- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.

Competencies & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 2 years Experience in sales.

- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

- A commitment to excellent customer service.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Superb interpersonal skills,

- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
