Job Description :

- The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth for Kotak Life's products and services. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial consultants to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.

- Understand customers, their needs and offer suitable financial solutions to meet their requirements.

- Conduct regular training sessions for financial consultants to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

- Manage and monitor the performance of financial consultants on a regular basis and provide feedback and coaching to improve their performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the customer base.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in sales management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

- Excellent customer relationship management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
