Manager - Sales - BFS (2-12 yrs)
Job Overview :
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales executives and ensuring that the team achieves the company's sales targets and revenue goals. The Sales Manager is also responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a team of potential advisors.
- Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and offer them personalized insurance solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Educate clients about their insurance options and the benefits of different policies
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage future business
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives on a consistent basis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Skills :
- Sales, Marketing, field work Team Handling, Team Requirement.
- Must be experience in 2 Years Sales Experience.
- Graduation Mandatory
- Self-Motivated
- Age limit 23 to 38 year
