Manager - Sales - BFS (2-10 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Achieve growth and sales targets.

- Schedule Sales calls, deliver presentations and successfully close new business.

- Ready to work as per Us working hours.

- Ready to handle US clients.

- Provide support to our clients to manage Financial Accounting and Reporting activities and ensure compliance in all the aspects pertaining to financial accounting.

- Be responsible for accounting up to finalization of year end accounts.

- General accounting knowledge of US accounts and taxation.

- Present sales, revenue, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Work closely with the management to build and grow an effective sales team.

- Build sales pipelines within targeted geographies, market segments and/or campaigns.

- Follow-up and develop new business opportunities within targeted market segments.

- Collaborate effectively with the team and others to drive new business.

- Proactively learn about our industry and the business landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.

- Help develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas.

- Research target accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts.

- Keep accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or master's degree in marketing and sales.

- At least 8 years of professional work experience in sales, with minimum 2 years in sales management role. Must be a CRM/Hubspot expert.

- Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably in B2B SAAS sales in North America.

- Ability to confidently communicate with prospects of all levels (CEOs, Founders, Senior Management, etc).

- Experienced in building or was part of building early stage sales teams.

- Experienced in working remotely and/or working from home.

- Experienced in achieving targets and commission compensations.

- Self driven, motivated and results oriented.

- Proven track record in penetrating new markets and closing business.

- Highly organized and strong time management skills.

- Excellent people & conflict resolution skills; positive and can-do attitude.

- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

- Understanding of bookkeeping, taxation and US GAAP is a plus.

- Startup experience is a huge bonus.
