Manager - Sales - BFS (0-2 yrs)
- The sales manager's job is to find, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities that will increase revenue and strengthen the company's position in the marketplace.
Responsibilities :
- Purchasing fresh accounts (Current and Savings) from the branch's catchment region.
- Constantly work to better yourself through experience.
- Creating leads for cross-selling family accounts and other items.
- Establish solid relationships with internal teams to take advantage of SME relationships already in place.
- Take part in migration and corporate induction activities in the neighborhood.
Requirements :
- A degree in any subject.
- Field Sales experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication abilities.
- Driven and motivated attitude; bargaining and persuasion skills.
- A strong market network.
- Candidate should be from the area.
