Manager - Sales - Banking (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute efficient sales tactics to meet corporate objectives in the banking industry.
- Manage, coach, and inspire a top-notch sales group.
- Maintaining solid connections with current clients while seeking out and seizing new business opportunities.
- Assure adherence to corporate rules and compliance standards.
- Submit performance reports on a regular basis and participate in the formulation of strategy.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
