Manager - Sales - Banking (2-3 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them.

- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.

- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

- Build connections and establish long-term relationships with customers.

- Monitor and evaluate the quality, accuracy, and outcome of work.

- Plans to create and conduct presentations to staff and partners for sales to your target.

- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing

- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll

- Age: 21 to 37 years

- Education: Any Graduation
