Manager - Sales - Banking (1-4 yrs)

Functions and Accountabilities:

- Creating plans and targets for sales.

- Doing lead generation and prospect research.

- Making in-person, phone, and email contacts with current and prospective clients.

- Responding to complaints, queries, and questions from customers.

- Getting quotations and proposals ready and sending them.

- Using particular software tools to manage the sales process.

- Constructing and keeping up a CRM database.

- Reaching monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.

- Attending meetings with the sales staff.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI or similar industry

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
