Manager - Sales - Banking (0-3 yrs)
As a CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Banking Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our banking services. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our suite of financial products. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers through various channels.
- Promote Current Account & Saving Account (CASA)products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Conduct customer needs assessments to identify financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
