Manager - Sales - Bank/Insurance/BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Our expanding company is in search of a sales manager to oversee and coordinate our sales team. You will be tasked with supervising organizational sales by crafting business strategies, achieving set objectives, and collaborating with our marketing division to generate leads.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and encourage people to achieve desired outcomes.
- Define monthly agency goals, and compare actual performance to targets.
- You may create and sustain great client relationships by providing superior customer service.
- Determine areas for performance improvement and offer suggestions.
- Inform management of the team's achievements, including any problem areas.
- Create plans of action to enhance agency performance.
- Observe any business and safety rules and regulations.
Requirement:
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years of exp. in Field sales & marketing.
- Skills: Negotiation skills, Decision-making abilities, Communication skills, Leadership
