Job Description :
- Position of Team Leader.
- Inculcate product and effective training to the advisors by guiding them to client meetings.
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.
- Takes significant decisions for his team.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Support the sales team to do work well.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 37 years
- Education: Any Graduation
