Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in business loan products, including machinery loan, commercial loan, and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in various industries.
Responsibilities :
1) Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2) Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue generation.
3) Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
4) Open Market opportunity.
5) Product Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of business loan products, including machinery loan, commercial loan, Home Loan and LAP, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
6) Comfortable with field Sales.
7) Experience in the Finance industry.
