Manager - Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Use different training materials to communicate any changes to regulations or laws.
2. Check that all duties related to actual sales and service, including as sales calls, issuance, and complaint management, are completed on time.
3. Ensure that sales and other procedures go off without a hitch to maximize business potential.
4. To offer the greatest services and product lines to satisfy Bank customers' needs.
5. Knowledge of bank and insurance products is necessary. To obtain the desired results, control the interaction at all scales.
6. In order to set up Relationship Managers and Branches, you must have prior team and branch management expertise.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age -: 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
