Overall Job Description
- Handling branches in a way to train the branch resources to drive institutional business and lead them to achieve business goals of branches.
- Responsible for sourcing CASA from focus segment areas like Trusts, Associations, Societies and Clubs.
- Also responsible for fulfilling working capital and other business banking needs of such customers.
- Provide solutions related to payments & collections to such institutional customers.
Education Requirements:
Essential requirement: Graduate
Work Experience:
Experienced and preferred from Banking Industry
Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits
- Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
- Good in communication with fluency in English and local language
- Strong customer service orientation with process adherence.
2-8 yrs experience in Banking industry with corporate sales
