Manager - Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)
As a Sales Officer in our dynamic banking team, you'll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts. Your role is pivotal in driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and promoting our diverse range of banking products and services.
Responsibilities :
- Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank products - saving & current account through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
- Identify leads, deliver persuasive product presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, adapt strategies for optimal results.
- Ensure regulatory adherence, collaborate for smooth transactions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 6 Months to 3 Years experience in field Sales
- Good network in the market
- Proven sales experience in banking or finance.
- Strong communication and CRM skills.
