We are hiring for a startup in financial service sector with Account writing services as the principal service.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Responsible for NTB Financial Planning Account & Cross Sales

- Responsible for acquisition through direct sales to walk-in as well as referrals from walk-in customers

- To coordinate with Direct Sales Team for new to business account acquisition

- Establishing relationship with existing customers who walk-in, through cross sell of all products and services

- To provide product Support to ensure that sales targets by branch and through direct sales teams are met

- Review daily visit and daily lead report. Handling account attrition & closures

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- Ability to read and write in regional language

- Prefer Individuals who own bikes with Driving License.

- Retail Market Knowledge

- Cross selling & FPA

- Excellent communication & listening skill

- The ability to explain complex information clearly & simply

- Good sales & negotiation skills

- An interest in financial products & markets
