Bancassurance Sales Manager Job Description :
- Sourcing new business from Banking Partner for investment and insurance products.
- To acquire new clients assigned from the banks or via direct referrals.
- To understand the customer's need and advise the suitable investment plan.
- To generate quality business revenue for long-term and short-term investments.
- To generate the conceivable lead for the appointment bank branches and convert them into the business.
Applicant's Required :
- Experience: Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
- Age: Up to 38 Years
- Qualification: Mini. Bachelor Degree in Any stream
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Be able to provide mentorship
