Job Description :
- To achieve targets for the designated Partner through effective sales strategies.
- Sales planning and training need analysis.
- Existing Channel partners management.
- To build & manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Needs to have spent at least 2-3 years in the Broking / Alternate Distribution function of an insurance company (Life).
- Experience of having successful Broker relationships would be an added advantage.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Within 30 years of age.
