Manager - Sales - Bancassurance - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- To drive insurance business through Banca channel.

- Handling bank branches of channel partner

- Interact with Bank's cluster head & bank employees and manage them on daily basis

- Ensuring that the persistency & productivity is maintained, ensures quality of recruits hired in the team, maintains & drives compliance at the zone.

- KRA also include training in Bank branches, Making Insurance HNI Calls, and review of Sales Managers with BM on regular intervals to ensure timely correction in case if required

- Maintaining various MIS for regular monitoring of sales and various contests and training of Channel Partner and company team

- Provide guidance & support to Channel partner's employee, Internal Team RMs and all stakeholders in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve etc.

- Maintain good relationship with Bank's Cluster Head  interact with him regularly to assess business status. Take help from them to push & motivate them to maintain productivity

Candidate Requirements :

Graduation : In any Stream

Age : 21 to 38 years

- Good Communication Skills

- Good Leadership Skills
