- Looking for Manager - Banca Channel for India's Leading largest Life Insurance Company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve business goal by strategic planning
- To keep track of policies that have logged into the main MIS
- Updating the MIS on the tasks allocated for directing targeted business
- To keep the persistence data for the assigned cases current
- To Train partner RMs on LI products and processes
- To develop the business by boosting LI product sales through partner sales teams
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation complete in any stream
- 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing in the Banking/Finance/Insurance or Investment Industry
- Age should be between 22 to 38 Years
Key Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
- Ability to position products/services against competitors
