Job Description :
Overall purpose of the job :
- To coordinate Nodal Officers of branches for attaining each Zonal office insurance /Cross selling targets and adherence of guidelines of various regulators in this regard.
- SP Certification enrollment and follow up.
- Support the Insurance & TPP department by providing MIS and analysis for taking business decision.
Key Performance Areas :
1. To coordinate Nodal officers of the Branches for attaining each Zonal office insurance/cross selling targets.
2. Whole responsible for attaining Insurance Budget and to avoid misselling.
3. Adherence of guidelines of various Regulators from time to time.
4. Direct responsible for SP enrolment and certification process across the Zones.
5. Coordinate with Insurance Back Office at CPC Ernakulum and ensure daily updating of IBO Software.
6. Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly MIS on various business Verticals.
7. Analysis of various business data and to recommend ways for improving business
8. Helping the management in goal setting, strategic planning and evolving the business plans and their implementation.
9. Any other responsibility or job as allocated by the management or reporting authority.
Experience :
5 to 8 years.
