Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (4-5 yrs)
Key Responsibility :
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team of Relationship Managers in the assigned region to achieve Sales targets.
- Ensure budgeted numbers of manpower month over month in the region.
- Build long term relationships with Bank Staff.
- Cascade the incentive programs & ensure complete success in implementation of the same.
- Ensure team is aware about new products and sales Processes.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Candidate should be from Life Insurance Industry
