Job description:
For India's Leading Life Insurance Company, we are looking to appoint a Branch Banking Officer and Manager in Banca Channel.
Job Objective :
to manage a single branch of the selected bank. To improve the volume of business generated through bank branches, implement business development activities. to achieve the sales target. to maintain stellar relationships with bank managers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Taking care of our banking partners' existing and potential customers.
- From the bank personnel, compile a list of possible customers.
- Contact our channel partners' executives and managers to establish dialogue.
- Before and after sales assistance for clients' and partners' employees.
- Help your organization turn leads into sales.
- Identify the customer's financial requirements and provide a suitable insurance coverage.
- Transactions for life insurance that are secure with specific banking and brokerage partners.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
Qualification : Graduation from any programmed.
- Age should be between 22 and 38 years old
Experience : Minimum of 1 to 2 years in Sales of Banking, Insurance, or Investment Domain.
Key Competencies Needed :
- Strong communication abilities
- Superior listening, negotiating, and presenting skills;
- Ability to create methodical sales plans
- The capacity to position goods and services against rivals
