Profile : Bancassurance Manager
Job Description :
- Make appointments, explore customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select appropriate products from the company's range, gain customer agreement to purchase, and accurately complete sales documentation.
- Engage with customers and generate leads from bank employees.
- Convert leads based on customer needs, conducting joint calls with bank employees.
- Utilize leads provided by the bank from the database to drive sales.
CTC : 3.15 LPA + Incentives; On-roll job
Representative Qualifications/Skills :
Qualification : Graduation is mandatory.
Experience : Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in BFSI.
Age : 21 to 38.
Communication : Good communication skills.
